I have an existing res for FW cabins for Jan. 31 - Feb. 5, 2004. I am using the Disnsy Visa Kids stay and play free deal, I already paid it in full on my Disney CC.
Anyway to use the discount, or am I locked in?

You can apply a discount at any time if it is available. Call and check. They can tell you which is a better deal.

Let us know what you're told when you call. I modified my existing ressie to reflect an AP rate, but if there's a really good CTH discount, then I may modify ressie yet again to eliminate the cost of purchasing an AP pass prior to my arrival date.

Well, I figured it out on paper, and for the amount of time we are staying (5 night, six days), what I have is cheaper (especially when you figure in the 100 Disney dollars). If I were only staying 4 nights/5 days and were getting only a Park hopper, not a UPH, it might work out cheaper. Guess it's not worth the hassle to get all the tickets myself!
My friend is dbl checking her res at POR, as the new code might be cheaper than the Visa deal for her.
