I will be using Alamo for the first time for my trip next week. I do have a couple of questions....
1) where are they in the airport/
2) Can I use a printable coupon in addition to the codes that I have already used?
3) Should I use the check - out service? And how does that work?
4) If I used the check-out service, can I still use the printable coupon?

Lower level - not too far from baggage claim

We used the 20.00 coupon from their website along with Bj's and had
no problem.

3) Should I use the check - out service? And how does that work?
Do you man online check-in? We culd not use it with a coupon but our counter wait was only 20 minutes.

4) If I used the check-out service, can I still use the printable coupon?

1)If you do Online Checkin you would go to the second level
2)Yes...(but not with online checkin)
3)Yes...its very simple.You can chekin up to 30 days before your trip. You simply go to the second level,find the aisle with your class of car....choose your car and drive away.
