Thinking about June of this year (probably too late!) but, does anyone know about what the DVC member cash ressie discounted rate is for a 2 Bdrm ? I know the non-discounted are quite high...thanks.

If the discount is available, it would be 25% off the full rate of the room.


Full rates, depending upon resort, are $630 to $795 plus tax per night.

Discounted prices would be $472.50 to $596.25 per night.

I didn't price AKV, or the concierge villas at AKV.

Yes, you do and it's not always available. You might only be able to get the cash rate without a discount, especially if everything is already booked up on points.
