RD ride order -- need opinions

We have one day at MK during spring break (not Easter week, thank goodness; 7 crowds w/ MK recommended). I've gone into crazy planning mode since I don't have a legacy FP security blanket. :) We've made a list of everyone's absolute must-dos (which do not include ETWB, meet and greets, Space, or BTMRR) booked our FP+ to include Peter Pan, JC, and Splash/Haunted Mansion, and plan to hit Fantasyland at RD.

Our RD plan: (1) Guys speed for Speedway while girls walk at 5-year-old pace; (2) Check for 7DMT soft opening. :goodvibes (3) Ride Pooh and Under the Sea.

Now for the main question: Do we ride Barnstormer and Dumbo since we're right there, and then go to Buzz? Or do we head for Buzz first and then backtrack, since the 5-year-old will probably want to play at Dumbo?

And the second question: Is it better to eat at Cosmic Rays (boys' favorite :confused3) ASAP to avoid noon lunch crowds, or should we ride Small World first since it is spring break and I don't want to wait 30+ minutes for IASW.

And my final question, which isn't RD related: Any predictions what the BTMRR line will be anytime from immediately before the first electric parade until immediately after Wishes, if my kids change their mind or I decide to ditch them and ride?
