They will hold you at the gate in Africa until the park opens and in Discovery Island if heading to Asia. Once the rope drops, they generally escort you (normal speed walking) to safari and EVerest.

Thank’s for that, it definitely helps with my plans. If we’re there just early enough for the initial march over to Pandora, I’m hoping to RD Na’vi and then make it back to Discovery Island for 8:00 for the CM led walk over to EE. My plan for the day hinges on being on EE early, and then dropping down to DinoLand, before heading up to Africa via Tough Bug for our first FP on Safaris 9:30/10:30. I’m just wondering whether we’d make it back from Na’vi in time to be with the initial crowd for EE at 08:00? What are the crowds generally like heading for EE first thing?
