RCL illnesses, passengers dropped off at hospital

Hey, I saw a quick news blurb on I think the RCL cruise line with alot of sick passengers. Supposedly the ship dropped alot of the passengers off at a hospital. The hospital could not identify the illness. I can't find any more information. Does anyone else have information on this story?
