What do think my chances are of getting off the waitlist for an RCI exchange to London next spring? I have never done RCI before and was wondering if it's worth going for. Thanks.

I'd say about as close to zero as possible with any exchange. A high demand area, only 1 resort and red all year round. In fact, that resort is rarely deposited with RCI. It doesn't mean it's impossible and it is worth trying for, you might get lucky. Just have a major backup plan.
