Could someone tell me what the seasons are for RCI? I could find red white and blue but no indication which one is low, mid high. TIA :goodvibes

depends on the resort. Different parts of the world are different!

Florida is peak all year for example. Skiing resort peak in winter, low in fall

You can check out your fav resort online through the RCI link on the members website.

Don't get too wrapped up in this issue, certainly don't assume that red times means hard to get. II and RCI use the same basic system. Red means more demand than availability in general, yellow means about the same and green (or blue) means more availability than demand. Still, there is a lot of difference between red for summer in Aruba vs winter (higher) and a lot of difference between HH summer and Orlando summer (both red). I think one can make assumptions about yellow/blue/green but when it comes to red think pink, red and bright red with all types of shades (and thus demand) variations in between.

II high = red
RCI high = red

II mid = yellow
RCI mid = white

II low = green
RCI low = blue

But as Dean mentioned, there's a lot of variation within each category. If you are considering depositing your DVC points for an RCI exchange, tell Member Services what you are looking for (resorts/region/time of year) and they may be able to guide you with specific points requirements for your request. Or post your specifics here and others may be able to share impressions. HTH.
