I see the points for low, mid and high season but what is the monthly breakdown?

It varies. You will have to look at each resort to see what the seasons are.

RCI to DVC:
Red = High
White = Mid
Blue = Low

Extrapolating from the II experience it'll be LOW for anything not red time, MID for red time that's not peak and HIGH for the rest.
