Ray ??

I am trying to remember the last name of the Cast Member named Ray who worked in the MK & selected families for Grand Marshall. As I remember, he was tall, thin, distinguished looking with either gray or salt/pepper hair. He chose our family like 20 years ago. Hoping someone has a better memory than me!
