Raw Fruits & Veggies in the World?

Howdy! I'm going to WDW next May and wanted to know if any of the Disney park or resort restaurants offered raw fruits, raw veggie plates with dips or maybe even veggie wraps. I know I could get these at a local grocery store (and probably will for some of my stay), but I would like to be able to experience the atmosphere of some of the wonderful restaurants at Disney without just sitting there watching my best friend eat! I have to be careful what I eat due to health concerns and need to eat light.

There are a bunch of kiosk through out Disney that offer fresh fruits, some more extensive than other. You will find them listed in the park maps.

Most WDW restaurants offer one or two vegetarian dishes. I would think, with a day or two notice, you could have something made up if you were going to one of the better restaurants.

And if you have a special diet you are on or have a special request for meals/desserts, let them know as you make your ADR's (and if you already did, just call them back and let them know)...You'll be surprised what they will be able to do for you.
