Raven in Concert in DW

Radio Disney has been advertising that Raven is going to be in concert in DW and is also having a contest . My question is when and where is the concert and can the general public get tickets to it?

Radio Disney's official rules say she will perform sometime between Dec. 1-14. I guess they don't have her dates finalized.

Between 12/1-14? Sounds like Raven is taping a spot for the WDW Christmas special.
