PAPA: Maybe if you DRAW UP a sort of layout of the street....(we do this all the time with our business)...note the house MOM would live in and then note the house of the "evil" lady and she can see on paper just how far away "evil" would be, maybe she would "consider" this option. Explain to her the benefits of the actual house...first floor etc etc!!! This may help her realize it is not going to bad after-all!!!

Hey, I took your advice! Guess what? She has agreed to go look at the house tomorrow at 11AM..... totally surprised me! She even drove past it and she told me that she thinks it is a very pretty house --- which it really is. There are several styles of homes on the street, and of its type, I would say it is THE PRETTIEST home there. Well taken care of.
