Ratings on Profile?

I just have a quick question. On the left-hand side of someone's post, there is a status/rating message of that person (assuming they did not customize it). Mine says "Earning my ears," so I wanted to know how many posts it would take to move up a notch. Does anyone know the complete list? How many posts and for what rating? Thanks in advance!

Mine says the same thing so I will be interested to know!! Also, I thought i was smart and got a countdown to my next trip, but it doesn't show up, so I guess I will have to take some time and figure out how to get that right!!
