Rates for Sept 1st?

I'm trying to decide where we should add our night for September 1st. What is everyone getting for their room that night? Do you have a code for that night? I read some where that there aren't many codes available for the 1st or 2nd. DH wants to go to POFQ on DVC points that night...wants a no cash for rooms trip. I don't want to spend 29 points on a room when I could use them on another trip and get 3 nights for that at OKW! So hoping to convince him that we can get such a great rate with cash we shouldn't use points!

I used the general public code on WDW site and got AKL 9/1 to 9/4 for $135 a night. If I'm not mistaken that had POR for $110 (that was including taxes)
