Rates at YC vs BC

Which one is typically more? I booked YC today and noticed it was a little less than BC for a comparable view (both ,Woods/Garden). Is that always the case? Or might it be because I booked for the week after Christmas, so YC won't have its usual convention crowd?

I really am curious as I understand that it is essentially one big resort. I would have thought the prices would have been the same.
