Rate the Concierge Service

Since the Poly Concierge is unavailable for my trip, I need to choose a different Resort.

Could you Concierge afficianado's rate them for me?

I'm also considering downgrading to a Lagoon View at the Poly.

I would suggest checking out AKL concierge. I have stayed at Poly concierge, AKL concierge and CR concierge and I would rate AKL the best. They have an incredible coffee/lattee/etc... machine much better than the Poly's. The food choices are better and you have the advantage of being able to go on the private safari. Don't get me wrong I still love the poly concierge (just stayed there in May ) and the CR Concierge (staying there in December) but I still think AKL is better.

I’ve stayed concierge at the GF main building, BWI, Poly, AKL, and YC. I think that it really depends on what is most important to you as to which one you will like the most. I was very impressed with AKL concierge and probably felt the most pampered at GF concierge. As far as food offerings go, my personal favorites are the Poly and AKL. Each one is really unique and fun, so enjoy whichever one you choose.

I have done BWI concierge,Poly, AkL, and YC. The best experience we had was at the YAcht club concierge. Way above and beyond any other concierge service. 2nd best AKL. 3rd Poly and BWI our least favorite.
