Rate question concerning cat 3

If you booked your cat 3 ,4 day cruise as soon as it was available what was your rate in the past?

Don't know what the rate is for the 3 or 4 day, but I can tell you that, for the 7-day cruise next February we booked the Cat 3 for President's Day week for 2 adults and 3 kids and it's running about $10,800, including insurance, tax and transfers.

July 4th 2005 out of Southern Cal. (July 2 departure) for 2 adults and 3 kiddos, a tad over 12 grand - painful, very very painful!

i booked our 4 night cruise in Jan 2004. our cruise dates are oct 31 - nov 4 and our cat 3 cost:

for 2 adults

fare: 3498.00
insurance: 118.00
gvmt taxes and fees: 65.70

we declined mears transfers because we are using tiffany towncar service. ( just in case your wondering )

We are in a Cat 3 for Sept four night cruise and it is $4500 for five, two adults and three kids. No transfers, no insurance.

This amount would buy us a week in TWO cabins on celebrity but I am so excited about trying Disney. I think it will be great and I am planning on booking a week long cruise while on board if we are really enjoying it.
