I just wanted to say congrats! Where are you getting married? In the chapel, or on the property somewhere? My dd wants a Disney wedding SO BADLY...hope it will happen when the time comes!

wow, that is a seriously nice lineup! the only thing that doesn't realy fit into that mix is sci fi - if i was splurging on an all-deluxe trip id replace that for brown derby.

Congrats on the wedding! Looks like a great restaurant line up to me! Enjoy.:goodvibes

That sounds fabulous!!!! Congratulations!

But yeah, I agree - SciFi kind of seems like the odd man out!

Congrats!! We are getting married in September and your restaurants look great! :thumbsup2 Very similar to ours! The only restaurants we are also doing are Citrico's and HBD (for dining with an imagineer)

Thank you guys very much! We are looking forward to all of the eating...espically my DF. As far as Sci-Fi the reason being is that we will be flying in that morning and will be heading straight to the park from CSR as soon as we get in, so we just chose that for a more relaxing feel.

We will be getting married on Luau Beach and the Poly! It will just be the two of us and we will be podcasting on the innernet for all of our family back home. We are into a low key and private cerenomy that is just about us two, and not having to worry about keeping everyone else happy :hippie:

Mazel tov. I love the idea of a small wedding and just enjoying yourself with your sweetie. Takes off a lot of pressure and makes it about the two of you. Hope you'll post a few pictures for us, too!
And yes, your dining choices sound great. I'm like the others, Sci-fi is not on the top of my list--the food just isn't that good. But it is fun and great for taking memorable photos.

oh that is SO exciting!!!! Great idea on the padcast, I would never have thought of something like that when we got married :)
I'd say to keep the Sci-Fi if you want a fun dinner. Not the best food, but it's a great atmosphere!! As is the 50's diner, it's super fun too!!!
Congratulations!

I'm going to be the odd person out, but DH and I just got married at Disney this past summer and our only regret was having too many ADR's! DH had never been to Disney and we were also on the Deluxe Plan so we made many ADR's. Then we felt very rushed throughout our honeymoon, (unless dining is you top priority). We didnt have much time to even enjoy the beautiful resort because we had to be in a park for lunch or dinner. And we were always concious of the time so we didn't miss a meal. We'd be lined up for a ride and start to think about how quickly we'd have to move once we get off the ride to run over to where we had ressies - not the best way to enjoy a ride that we stood an hour in line for!

We have actually booked a trip back next week as a sort of second honeymoon with only a couple of nice dinner ressies so we can enjoy the resort and parks and not be running from one ADR to the next.

Everyone's plans are different, but I just thought I would share the other side of the coin ;)

Sounds lovely, and so very romantic

Wouldn't worry about Sci - Fi , so long as if its a tasty burger and milkshake that you're after it will be awesome :goodvibes

Thank you everyone, so great to know all of this. I will be talking to DF about the Sci Fi and wonder if he thinks the 50's Diner would be better. Having so many ADR's has crossed my mind worrying about time, because I remember doing that last may when we went. But, DF is ALL about eating, I really think he is more excited about eating than the actual wedding(not really but close lol) so eating it will be :)

Congrats on getting married.

Sounds like a lot of really big meals. Honestly, I think you could scale back a bit and still have some great dining.
