HELP! This is only my 2nd time going to Disney. We are a party of 4 heading to Disney World for Labor Day Weekend with park hoppers (staying on property). I booked a last minute the trip about a week ago (SO CRAZY!), just scheduled my FastPasses a few days ago, and tried to figure out what everybody wants to do. With it being such a short trip, I know we won't get to everything, but we are hoping to hit some of the "highlights" that we really like. We are comfortable going all day and night, so the long days don't bother us, especially with it only being a few days.

Would love any thoughts or suggestions on our plans! What would you do differently? We don't do TS, since all 4 of us prefer to eat and walk or snack throughout the day. I'm nervous I'm missing something...

Saturday August 31
8:45 am - Land at MCO
11:00 am - Epcot International Food & Wine Festival (eat some food, people watch, soak in the atmosphere, get some pictures of the crazy crowds)
4:30 pm - Animal Kingdom (FP – Flight of Passage, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Expedition Everest) - snag an extra FastPass here or there, enjoy the sunset!
9:30 pm - Park Close

Sunday September 1
9:00 - Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure (The Wizarding World of Harry Potter ONLY) - we have express pass, our only priority is the new Hagrid Coaster, but if we don't ride it, it's not a big deal. Enjoy Gringotts and Hogsmeade. BUTTER BEER! Maybe do the Mummy Ride...
1:30 - Head to Magic Kingdom
3:00 - Magic Kingdom (FP – 7 Dwarfs Mine Train, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad) - snag extra FastPasses, enjoy the sunset!
10:00 - Park Close

Monday September 2
6:00 - Hollywood Studios (EEMH) - ride Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror (the BEST ride at Disney...duh)!!! If we do anything else, BONUS!
8:30 - Head to Epcot
9:00 - Epcot (FP – Spaceship Earth, Test Track, Mission: Space) - try to RD FEA or Soarin' depending on the timing of RD - get one more Grand Marnier Slush from France at the opening of WS
12:00 - Depart for MCO

ONLY 30 DAYS! OMG I CAN'T WAIT!!!!

No Star Wars? If you are getting there at 6am you might as well see about going there possibly?

Otherwise looks fine but what about Universal the day you land and doing Epcot F&W before Magic Kingdom on Sunday?

Regarding HS, I think we are going to play it by ear. If we get there early enough and the lines don't look too crazy, we might jump in line for SWGE and throw caution to the wind! But if we are a bit slow and don't get there until 5:30 or 5:45, we may just focus on RnRC and ToT. We aren't huge Star Wars fans, but I'm sure we will love the land. It's not the #1 priority for this trip at least.

The only thing with Universal is that our EP is for Sunday. And we were hoping to RD IoA and get in line for the Hagrid Coaster (assuming the ride is operational in the AM - it seems like it has been running at park opening more consistently) Otherwise, if the ride is down, this may allow us to ride Hulk, Kong, and FJ before taking train over to Gringotts (which is our favorite part of Universal).

I just wish I had an entire week!
