Rate increases on Disney Resort..

Has anyone ever done a cost analyst of how much the room rates increase per year?

I would like to start a separate vacation fund for a special treat approximately 3 years from now (GF) and would like to make my weekly/monthly savings based on what the cost of a room might be at that time..

They go up about 5% a year same for ticket prices.The resort prices for 2006 have gone up 5-6 dollars per night.
