There will be three adults in one room during our stay. I know the rates are based on two adults, but what is the charge for the additional adult?
Thanks.
yep....we sometimes will add my brother to our room when we go since he still has to work at night and usually doesn't stay. That way he has access to the hotel and FOTL with the keycard when he is able to stop by during our stay. Less expensive than FOTL during the summer.
Thanks for the replies. $25 extra a night isn't too bad. Can't wait to go back. Last time we were there was in 2001 and we stayed at the HRH, this time it will RPR.
Now that the plans are made - I only have to wait a year.
Hopefully it will go back quick.
Does anyone actually know why they charge extra for more than 2 adults in a room-just curious as I'm sure that 3 adults in a room doesn't use any more towels, water, etc. as oppossed to 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

It is a standard practice for most hotels. Heck, we even have been charged for kids because the rate is for 2 ppl regardless of age.
I know Lowes does not count them as an extra adult until they are over 18. They don't use extra towels but it is an incentive to spend more and get an extra room....especially for those groups that are all Adults
