Rate codes?????

What are these rate codes and how does one go about getting one?

disney sometimes sends out postcards, or e-mails to people offering discounts to them. These postcards will have a code on it that you need to use when calling to make the reservation. The pin code will be unique to each card that each person gets. No one seems to know why some people get the cards and others don't. But in order to get them, you need to at least be in disneys computer system in some way. You can go to the disney web site and register and specify that you want to get messages from them.
