Rate changes...what are the chances??

We are going to HRH at the end of Aug.Same time as last year.The special last year was stay 4 nights,only pay for 3.This year I have the APH rate.What are the chances a special could still come our way??

I booked our PBH stay back in January at the AAA rate. I called a few months later and the AAA rate had gone down.

I booked our RPR stay back in January as well and got the AAA rate--the AP rate was about $20 more per night. I called last month and the AP rate was lower then the AAA rate. $25 less per night for the first two nights, and $55 less per night for the last three nights.
