Rate Change?

Sorry if this has been asked a million times before but..... I booked a 2 night stay at the DLH for 5 in June with the DLP french site. Now the UK site has a better rate. Is there a procedure for changing my reservation with the new rate? Or is it an upgrade? Just wanted to know if I can make a call to save any money. Thanks!

It's certainly possible to upgrade with the same country but I wouldn't have thought you could do it by changing country ..... but I don't know for sure, sorry.
