Logans Roadhouse - great food fun atmosphere --we try to go everytime we are down at Disney(there's 1 on rt192) - none around here


Also

No trip to Orlando would be complete without our last night at Margaretivilles!
Okay some of the food is average, again, JUST LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE

The mini burger thing fell out of upscale dining I believe -
and that stated with the trend in offering trio tastings

We LOVE Logan's Roadhouse. The yeast rolls alone made it worth the visit.

Sadly, we found out that they're owned by Cracker Barrell. Cracker Barrell's track record of discrimination against gays and lesbians is so bad that we simply can't support them.

So bummer of bummers, we don't get to go to Logan's anymore.

Because we are on pretty strict diets, we go to Longhorn when we go to a chain. They have a 7 ounce filet, steamed asparagus and an actual salad with more than just dreary iceberg lettuce. They work with us on not putting the butter sauce on the filet, and leaving croutons off the salads.

There is also a sirloin pepper steak salad on their menu which minus the croutons and dressing is perfect for us.

They are now part of the Darden chain.

Since we live in Central Florida it's pretty hard to find a decent restaurant that isn't a chain, either national or southern, or state wide.

I hope Popeye's is kind to Mos

I can't find anything either good or bad about Popeye's in relation to it's track record with GLBT issues. It's not rated by the HRC.

So, until you hear otherwise, I'd say you're good to go.

My vote for most improved is Applebee's!

Whoever was in charge of making the drastic changes to this place deserves a big bonus!

Back home in Nebraska, I love me some of these chain restaurants:
Runza Drive Inn
Taco John's
Valentino's Pizza

I make sure to eat at all of them as much as possible when I go home for visits.

As far as Jamie's Slap Your Mama Chicken, y'all haven't tried my Slap Your Daddy's Chicken.

I'm not a big chain restaurant sort of guy, but I DO love me some PF Changs and Pei Wei.

ok, chains, Texas Roadhouse, the kids can throw peanuts on the floor, the bread is so good it makes you gain 10 pounds before you leave, and the baked sweet potatoes with caramel sauce

We like Macaroni Grill and Buca di Beppo, too.
