October 1, along with the ride. That was part of the press release when the ride opening was announced.

It’s nice they are guaranteeing them to open Oct 1st but it would be nicer to soft open them sooner if possible.

Just to be clear there is no Ratatouille restaurant like in Paris. I certainly wish there was as the theming is amazing.

The restaurant that is opening is a creperie. It won't have Ratatouille theming.
