Mmmm. We arrived yesterday and went to Flying Fish for dinner, stopping at the Bellvue Lounge fist. My aunt and I had two raspberry champagnes each (hey, we're on vacation!) and oh my, were they ever good. Bartender Allen said he put a liquor in for the berry flavor instead the syrup. Drinks are expensive though, four champagnes were $61.77 with tax and without tip.
I'd never been to Flying Fish before and we had a wonderful dinner. Lobster quesadilla for an appetizer. DA had the scallops and I had the snapper. She said hers was good but mine was to die for (she tasted it) and I agreed. The snapper was wonderful. Our server, Chris, said he thought the recipe is in the latest WDW cookbook but we haven't found that yet.
Anyway, just a little review. Off to the parks!
