Rare? Vinylmation 3" Chocolate

I got my sone a Vinylmation 3" toy and was super excited to get the Chocolate one. To our surprise, though, we realized that his has 2 left arms, so were the right arm is the thumb is pointing down.

I've seen pictures of this toy where this is not correct so I assume this is a rare piece... what do I do with it?

Unfortunately, that's not so unusual. It does happen in production, along with dup cards, no cards, ect. So its worth the going rate...
