Non-Disney Online Games Rare Pokemon/Items to Good Home?

I've broken down and restarted my SoulSilver game to get revamped on Gen V, when it comes out, and I find myself in desperate need of helpful items such as Exp. Shares, Heart Scales, Proteins, HP Ups, TMs, etc so I can train my Pokemon faster. My goal is to beat the game by the time Black and White come out. So. If you have a Gen IV game that you no longer play a lot, could I please register your friend code and we could trade some Shinies with rare candies sometime?
