I started my CJ today... Now, I have to get things fixed and decorated... keep getting ideas running for all the different projects.. too much running through my mind!

Progress, finally!! I got the photo mats done for one of my characters and all of the stuff cut for the other 2 elements. I am hoping to get them assembled tomorrow night, and maybe get halfway through the other one!

Hi, I have one element left for Stitch, and then I need to finish up Jasmine. My DD was going to help, but she made the volleyball team and with school, she has no time. I'm not watching my nephew this week, so I should be able to get alot done, although my house needs attention too.

I'm just getting started. this may sound like a stupid question but it would make things easier for me. . . when making a frame, do this cut out shape have to be the size of the picture or does the whole frame have to be the size of the picture?

Any way you wish... if you would like we made some adjustments because of others having trouble and uncomfortable with making frames.. you could always just make two photo mats... I'm sure that wasn't much help...sorry... I decided to go 2 photo mats because the frames were giving me fits in another swap...

I bought all my stuff so now I just need to have a cutting party this week.
I'm going to attempt frames on some scrap paper so we'll see how it goes.

I finished mine today--thank goodness for Labor Day! I have been feeling yucky all day, so this gave me something to do. I will probably mail them out tomorrow (or if I can't get there tomorrow, I'll mail them Saturday) with my Circle Journal. I'll post and let you know! Have a great day!

Sounds great!!! Can't wait.. I have my goodie box already ready for this swap and items in them already!!! I have to get a few pictures developed for my CJ to finish, it's ready minus the pictures... and than I need to figure out what to do for your CJ.. I think I have an idea...and the kids loved it... It was one of our highlights from our trip last year!!!

Hi! They are on their way to you! DH & I took them to the post office today, and the woman said they should be there Saturday or Monday. My cj is in there, too, and there is a little card in an envelope stuck down in there for you! Just wanted to let you know so it doesn't get lost at the bottom between the 2 bags and the book!

And I so know what you mean about time, Nancy. It seems that by the time we do everything the kids have to do, there is no time for anything else. It gets pretty frustrating.

Great! Can't wait KAMommy! I'm going to work diligently tonight and this weekend to finish mine.. October and November are busy, busy, busy...and that of course means by the time those whirlwind events are done I'll be panicking about my Christmas shopping... My kids said the one gift they wanted most was the confirmation note that our vacation is booked! That should be one easy gift! LOL
