Has Rapunzel been added to the princess line up at any of the restaurants?

No. She is not at any of the restaurants. Currently the only way I know of to see her is at her meet and play at Magic Kingdom.

I wonder when Disney will do something with the new princesses? They added Handy Manny & Oso to the character meals this year, so hopefully something will happen soon.

I doubt it. Everyone still recognizes the "classic" princesses and there are plenty of guests who want to see them.

Can you imagine Rapunzel's hair snaking its way around a restaurant? You would have a server tripping every 30 seconds! I think her absence at character meals is a safety issue, rather than anything else.
