I've been searching for DIS friends while on VMK for the past 2 days, and have gifted about 50 posters so far. If I know you, it makes it easier to gift you. I am trying to gift friends first, but sometimes I find a stranger in need along the way. If I don't know you, I may catch you when I begin gifting strangers .

And so, my mission continues...

In my own quest for the pirate quest hat (yuck yuck ), I yet again saw the generosity of so many DISers out in full force. First Idol_Fan. Right away, several days beforehand actually, she volunteered to get me whatever the prize was if the quest involved Jungle Cruise. When Friday evening rolled around, she was on hour 7, I believe, of her own quest, when she sadly came to me and said she didn't think she could get me a hat as well, and wasn't even sure if she could get her own. Poor Idol. So I started trying to trade for one here, elsewhere, and in the game, all to no avail of course. But Disney Dreams came along and helped me get a hat for my mother, for which I am ever so grateful. cteddiesgirl and LoriR also volunteered to give me hats. A friend of mine on VMK (not sure if he's here or not) volunteered to create a new character late Sunday just to gift me that hat. I'm overwhelmed by it all, and was even more so touched when Idol came and found me the other day and had a hat for me! *jaw hit floor in shock* All those hours and hours, and she kept at it until she got me one. I was not expecting that at all, and am still very, very touched. Dashzap also volunteered to gift me a microphone since she knew Jungle Cruise still didn't work; someone else had already given me one a while back, but the offer was so appreciated.

Thank you all, from the bottom of my Disney-loving heart. You all truly exemplify what I like to call the Disney Spirit. I'm sure Walt is looking down and is very proud.

I know everyone is always posting here about gifts given to them in vmk, but I have a different kind of thank you to express.

I want to thank Roxane (my first Zeta pal) for her friendship and for taking the time so often to send me a postcard directly from WDW. Those cards mean a lot to me, not only because they are from the park, but because of the heart behind them wanting to share the magic in any way possible. I save them all, and love having them at hand when I need a little warm fuzzy

Thank you to Purpleduck for being there to listen to me in those "girl moments" Sometimes all us girls need is to know someone will listen and understand, not offer a solution.

Thank you to Pink, another friend willing to listen, but most importantly for the good times and laughter! Ever since we got matched in the Zeta round the first of the year, its been non stop fun! I will never forget the day you gave yourself away.. and also the day we decorated our "Sea Star Mansion of Scares"
