OK this is offically unfair. I believe the Movie Reward Codes are out to get me. First, nobody in my family sees why to spend so much money all for a inferno. I understand maybe its alot, but ive been playing VMK for over a year, and i enjoy it. They say " Oh, its not a life time thing". Well, maybe its not, but who cares? If i enjoy it, i enjoy it. Secondly, I finally get my sister to take me there. We finally find four movies i need. I spend over four hours, shopping with my sister, to look for things she needs for her wedding, and redeemable stuff, people can buy for her. Thirdly, I get the movies, FINALLY. I wait another hour maybe, and in that hour, i buy my sister and her fiance, some gifts. Total Cost : $94.00. All in about five hours? I get home to use the codes. First code, Invalid. I try it again, and one more time. It says "You have entered too many invalid codes, try again tomorrow."

Im officially furious. All i ask is to get inferno. Im not trying to bring anyone down, but this totally stinks. How hard is it to do that?

OK so now what? I wait till tomorrow. or is that code officially invalid, i cant use it again.

Has this happened to anybody else? Im mad, and also worried. I dont want to go out and spend another 20 dollars for a movie!!

yeah, but im entering codes to get more points. Not get inferno codes.

Does that still have anything to do with fixing it? besides, its already fixed, only for people with single use...
 
These are codes your entering in to the movie rewards site correct? I'm not sure I read that right or not but have you used more that one code from the same movie? Because you are not allowed to use more than one code for the same movie.
 

nope. i got all new codes from different movies.

If it doesnt work tomorrow, im going to make a huge letter to VMK, and movie rewards complaining. maybe that will solve my problems.
 
Sam thing happend with my friend too. Im so sorry!! :guilty: She almost cried at school about it, isn't it just LOVELY, to be the helping friend for eight hours of the day LOL?!? im sorry, I hope it will work soon....:)
 
lol. to tell you the truth. I was actually crying when it didn't work either. I waited two days for this. All i want is that. Im so angry.
 
Ok still wondering though, if i entered the code, and it said invalid. Can i still try it tomorrow? Would it still work.
 
why dont you stop entering the code, and wait for a response from vmk, or even call vmk and sort things out. bc if you enter it too many times it may not let you ever use it again like on vmk. again im sorry, and hope it works soon :)
 
write to movie rewards about the code also send copy of reciept with the email for faster service. check the other movies also and if they dont work send all at once with copy of reciept. movie rewards is good about sending what you need if you send copy of reciept
 
If it's a problem with entering a Disney Movie Reward code then there would be no reason to write VMK and complain, because there is nothing they can do as they don't run that program. You'd need to contact Disney Movie Rewards about it. There could be many reasons why the code didn't work- Have you checked to see if the FAQs could answer or resolve your issue?
 
Well, i entered the codee in three times.

It didn't work. Im going to try One more time tomorrow. If it does not work, im going to go have a hugeeee conversation or letter to movie rewards, and possibly VMK, about having this code not working in the first place. Im going to also give them the code that did not work. But i dont think i have the receipt >_< My sister took it along with her. Hopefully i can get something out of it though. I better.

Edit : Then i guess i cant complain to vmk. aww. rofl. Well anyway, thank you for the help. I will see till tomorrow.

All Disney Movie Reward Codes have 12 Characters (letters/numbers) within the code. Make sure you have 12- not 11. Sometimes what appears to be a "W" on the code sheet is actually two V's: "VV". Also watch for "S" and "5".

"8" and "B" can be kind of an issue, too!

Well I have two movies codes but waiting to enter them until it is fixed.
They always have troubles when they first changes around.
 
Ok as was said if this is a problem with the movie reward code from whatever moive then email them and not vmk. VMK can't do a thing about it. The movie rewards customer service is pretty good at dealing with things. I haven't had this problem but some how ended up with 2 accts and they fixed it for me so I had only 1. And as for using the points for VMK items, honestly I don't buy enough movies to bother and won't go out and buy whatever for them. Plus I personally would much rather use the points for something I can own and keep forever but that is just me. I do understand why some do the VMK items and its cool if that is what they want. I say don't wait to contact the movie rewards customer service until you try tomorrow. Do it tonight and let them know what happened, what the code was you entered and what movie it is from. They will be able to help you with it all. Also as was said make sure you entered it right since some letters/numbers can look like something else. Hope you get it fixed soon.:)
 
Also, if you saved the reciepts, and have access to the store you bought the DVD's from the store you bought them from, some stores allow a exchange of DVD's that are the same as the one's you bought.

Okay, I have read this entire thread and am still not sure on your answer to this. If you have codes from the movies themselves, you should be entering them into your account on Disney Movie Rewards web site. However, the error message you are quoting seems to be a VMK error message.

You need to enter the codes from the movies into your Disney Movie Rewards account. After you have 650 points, redeem your points for your reward. Then take THAT code and enter it into your VMK character.

Are you entering the DMR code into the DMR web site? Where is the above error message coming from?

If your DMR code from a movie is not working, there is a link at the bottom of the DMR web site with contact information. I had a code that did not work from 1 movie. The lady i spoke with was extremely helpful in fixing that issue.

If your VMK code is not working, that's Contact Us from the homepage and I have nothing else to offer there as I am still waiting to hear regarding my inferno code that was invalid.
