Rank the buffets

1. Tusker House
2. 1900 Park Fare
3. The Crystal Palace
4. Cape May Cafe
5. Hollywood and Vine
6. Chef Mickey's
7. Boma
From best to worst

1. Boma (dinner): best for quality & variety. The cadillac of WDW buffets IMHO. Not just African-centric food or spicy stuff, but a range of North American staples that will satisfy everyone in the family . . . including picky eaters & kids. Make sure to go behind the Lodge to see the animals from the viewing platforms before dinner)
2. Cape May
3. Trails End (dinner): Take the boat from the MK. Easiest transpo to & from.
4. Honourable Mention: Biergarten

1. Tusker House
2. 1900 Park Fare
3. The Crystal Palace
4. Cape May Cafe
5. Hollywood and Vine
6. Chef Mickey's
7. Boma
From best to worst

Boma below Chef Mickey's? Must really not like African food!

For dinners:
1. Boma Great variety of food, wonderful location, food in pods so usually no long lines
2. Cape May - Lots of seafood and crab legs, Never have felt rushed, good location for after gorging walk
3. Crystal Palace - Fair food but fun character interaction, nice location in MK
4. 1900 Park Fare - Fair food and fun interaction with Cinderella's evil step mother and sisters.
5. Tusker House - Interesting food but Boma is much better.

For Breakfast:
1. Boma - special order a fantastic omelet or a huge variety of meats, sweet rolls, fruits and other breakfast, brunch foods
2. Cape May - the characters are very attentive. Easy walk into EPCOT
3. Tusker House - Characters are fun but food is so so.

We went for breakfast a few years ago. Our waitress never refilled our juice and never brought our other drinks. She never cleared the dirty dishes off our table and the chef was rather snippy when my sister asked what dishes had eggs in them because she is highly allergic to them. It was the staff there that made me rank it that low.

Our favorite buffets:

1 - Crystal Palace (Lunch)
2 - 1900 Park Fare
3 - The Wave (Breakfast)

Ohana is not really a buffet, but our family loves it and it is all you care to eat family style with Great Character interaction.
Last fall my Twin DD's loved 1900 Park Fare for breakfast, great Character interaction, and there was something for everyone including a bowl of Gummy bears!
I really enjoyed Boma, but my wife had trouble finding food without spices such as curry and cayenne outside of the kid section.
Last week we tried Chef Mickey for Brunch, which means eat whats leftover from Breakfast, plus BBQ ribs and pay the full price of dinner $42. I wasn't impressed.
