Randy Chapman question.

Does randy take all of his photos quickly and just keeps snapping away or will he stop and allow me to maybe touch up my make up and tell me "ok, stand over here" "move your head this way" etc..etc.

Maybe I'm vein but I keep thinking about how hot it's going to be and I imagine myself looking like a tomato! something like this actually:

haha. I did buy some of that "model in a bottle" though.. so hopefully that will keep my makeup on and keep me looking somewhat decent.

he does a little of both-- he shoots a lot... and he does say lift your arm, turn your head, chin down, etc, etc.... if you want the msot out of your photos you probobly wont want to stop and take a lot of time to fix things-- but then again if you want your photos to look better due to you improving your imagine you will want to do that. Its really a personal choice as to time-- your paying for an alloted amount of time so if you want to use some of it to touch yourself up it wont be a problem at all!! Dont worry-- you will look great

Once in a while he would fix my dress or say lean up against this wall but really that was it. That is what we loved about him when we did our e-pics. He is very laid back and even though he is snapping away you never feel invaded by a camera!He had to pose my bridemaids alot around me because there were quite a few of them. But as Maggie said, he does shoot a ton, and I mean a ton of photos. I had him for about 10 hours on my wedding day and 1 or 2 for my welcome dp the day before and we proabably have hundreds of photos because we have over 100 for our e-pics and that was only a 45 min shoot.We haven't gotten the pics yet but when we do i will post the link.

Anyway, it was crazy hot the day of my wedding and we were all sweating so we took many breaks to touch up and pat down. Our ceremony started at 5pm, Randy got to the room at about 1pm and we started our formal type pics at about 3:30pm. so we had about 1 hour of photos for me and my bridal party (The guys started at 2;45pm/ 3pm they only had a 1/2 hour or so)

I was just with Randy this past Thursday for our e-pics. He is great with the heat and totally understands. I had worn my hair down and was so worried about it frizzing and my makeup melting in the pics. I told him that when he first got there and he kind of chuckled and said he understood. He had DF grab some paper towels to bring outside with us and had no problem when I had to dab my lip or brow every 2 minutes lol. He even kept an eye on my hair and as the hour went on and it frizzed slightly he just had me move it all over one shoulder or flip it. He was SO kind about letting me "touch up". I wouldn't worry about it at all. Randy is the most laid back person I have ever met.
