There are two/three different Programmes. They are all called International programmes, but there are different types.
To quality for Cultural Rep, (which is one year long and no other options) You need to be 18, be from the UK and speak English & you work in EPCOT.
For J-1 Academic International Programme thing, you need to be at University that works along side Disney. And you leave for a year but dont work in UK Pavillion.
Then the summer programme, you go for about 3 months and work all over the resort and not in the UK Pavillion.
www.wdwip.com has lots of stuff on it and so does the official website, if you just google Cultural Reprasentative, you'll find it.
Hmm. The main reason I wanna start work is so that I can save up so I can do the Disney thing and then If I don't get into that, travel round the world.
My parents really want me to do it Lol. They basically told me I should have a gap year. I want one too, mainly because I need a break from education
You'll be 18 by then anyway, so you'll probably be earning money for yourself anyways
