I have to get off my bed, walk to the door, open the door, walk to the stairs, walk down the stairs, step over the little gate so my dog can't get upstairs, walk to the kitchen, open the fridge door, take out a Sprite, close the fridge door, walk back to the stairs, step over the gate, walk up the stairs, walk to my room, close the door behind me, walk over to my bed, and sit back down.

PLUS, I've got to do all that WHILE breathing!
