It's true. I'm happy to know I remember a lot of these things from English class.
We learned more history than English in English class.

A few people in this house woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

That's what my friend said. She took English for A Level and complained to me because she took it for the English aspect, but spent most of the time learning the history of the books, the era, the author, and so on.

Very genius indeed! Breakfast pizza huh? We don't have that at our local pizza parlour. Then again, I probably wouldn't order it because i'm not a fan of most breakfast foods. I'll have cereal, toast or yoghurt. Often i'll have beans with the toast, and i'll occasionally have a couple of sausages as well, but I prefer cereal most of the time. Quick to make, and awesome.
