Why is a person who plays the piano called a pianist, but a person who drives a race car not called a racist?

Why does every Abraham Lincoln impersonator sound the same, even though there are no known audio recordings of the man?

How's come people tell you to stay a kid for as long as you can. Yet the moment you do anything childish or immature they tell you to grow up.

How does Freddy Kruger wipe his butt?

If winnie the pooh was civilized enough to keep his honey in jars, why did he eat it off his hands? Surely he had spoons?

If mirrors need light to work, what happens if you put night vision goggles on in the dark and look at a mirror?

Night vision goggles work by collecting light that is already there and focusing it for the human eye to see. If there is not enough light to focus there is usually a switch that turns on an infrared flashlight. Humans cannot see infrared, but the way that these goggles change the light for your eyes, it appears green and black and white or black and white depending on the goggles. In a pitch black environment, you would need to use the infrared flashlight. The mirror would reflect the light and you would see yourself in the mirror. There would probably be a glare though, because you are shining a flashlight into the mirror.
