They all showed up to a fight and a kid got shot and killed. Nobody in the band actually killed him it was one of Ronnie and Max's(the bassist) friends. What ended up happening was they all threw Ronnie under the bus at the trial and he was the only person that got a prison sentence. (He got what he deserved but the others didn't basically) So he was going to get out in December or February but both times they extended his sentence because of past drug use.

Yeah it does. So he SHOULD get out in Oct.? who really knows...they could extend his sentence again. But he already has a new band put together and they'll be making songs soon!
