anyone remember last night I said I couldn't sleep? It turned out I was having a panic attack, even though me and my mum have no idea why?! haha, my heart was sort of fluttery and I was breathing really shallow, and I was sort of shaking, but wasn't cold, so me and my mum sat in the living room from about 2 am to 4am until we fell asleep xD I slept on the sofa and my mum slept on the recliner chair, haha.
