Not on a Disney Channel show, but you definately could on a Nickelodeon show.

There's a few episodes of Lizzie McGuire where they say "oh my God". One I remember is the one where the gang go to watch a pre-school show that's on tour, Lizzie wins the gift basket and finds Claire there with her sister, and then spreads the news around that they saw it.

ZOMG! That's the episode that's on right now. What a coincidence.

Oh, what about in Rugrats, Phil & Lil's mum says she knew that Dil would be a boy because "born under Venus, look for a -" before being cut off by her mobile phone.
