I can now but before both yours and mine sometimes showed and sometimes just showed the old red x. I'm surprised Herc didn't beat me to respond to that wide open question.

Am I the only one who gets heartburn and acid reflux whenever I eat peanut butter? Even if I have a Reese's...I feel horrible for hours afterward.

Of course it's black. It's actually not even a suit - both pieces are black but they're different material (not noticeable unless you get REALLY close, though). And my shirt is blue with black stripes.

You're probably thinking of the Van Halen video "Hot for Teacher"..."I'm nervous and my socks are too loose..."

I'll check out that video when I get home. I leave here at noon and I shouldn't be in court all day - hoping to be back by late afternoon!

Brock will be home again. They cabbed him to Chicago last night, and he brought the train right back. So he will be home soon. But he goes back tonight and will be gone until Thursday morning. Hopefully he will sleep today, and I'll be able to get on a bit.

I'm depressed. I stopped at the store after going to court, got some Bass Ale to go with the Guinness that's already in my fridge. At the cashier, she simply asked for my birthdate. I gave it to her and offered my ID because I usually get asked anyway. She looked at me, hesitated, and said, "No, I believe you, you look 30-ish."

How rude; good thing it wasn't a tipping position. I can't tell you the last time I was carded. Once you lose your hair, no one questions your age. If you lose it before you are 21, they let you have the alcohol just out of sympathy.

Yep...I don't like straight beer, but black and tans are GOOOOOD!

It must have been my grey eyebrows. My stylist forgot to dye them last time.

Trust me...all I have to do is sniff it and I'll be under the table. I have a drink maybe once every 2 or 3 years.
