Is it the one where someone sculpted the word "winter" in the snow, but instead of an "I," they used a particular finger, extended?

And then comes winter...with the cold and snow...blizzards that deposit so much snow that you're in it up to your hips (like I was last year)...

That would be knee deep to the rest of us.

I've never experienced fall in the midwest, but I can say that the northeast beats Colorado. We get mostly yellow, not much else. A fall tour usually means going to the mountains, where it is mostly Aspen and evergreens, and seeing the clusters of gold aspen amongst the green. It is pretty, but it isn't the same.
