So as usual I've just been looking at the dvc resale prices, not looking to add more points now as we just became DVC members recently, but I like to watch the prices

One thing I've noticed is AKV tends to always have a lot of contracts and sells a lot too. Why does AKV seem to have so many resale contracts compared to others? Just the size of it?

AKV has about 7.5 million total points, so it's one of the larger properties.

he recent increase in resale price may be encouraging more people to sell and many buyers like AKV, so you get a very active market.

The resort is remote from everything and in our case the novelty wore off.
