I have a bad case of arthritis (started in my late 30's) and there are certain things that I eat and drink every day instead of taking medication, besides for all of the supplements that I take. Plus, DS is very fussy about certain brands of yogurt etc. so I always make sure to have some in stock in the room. We usually make one trip to Publix with a car service but since it's just the 2 of us, I figured we might try this service. I could definitely use some peanut M&M's too!

I was thinking......what? Hara can't go a day without her snickers bar or what?!" I hate to take med's too. ALways try to do the healthful thing instead....works for my headaches if I am diligent....can't sucuumb to those salt and vinegar chips and hope to keep a migrane at bay!

My grandma has Merry Maids come to her house every three weeks...I wonder if they could come clean for us

My grandma has a local woman clean for her once a month or so.
She looks forward to her coming just for the company, I think.
She can't keep up the place like she used to. SHe is 90!
