when I was preggo, I was 8 1/2
after.......down to 8
now, can wear 7, 7 1/2 and share with oldest DD
I buy from size 7-8 depending on the style
and my toe comfort

I wear heels during the school year. every day.
summer.....havent' had more than flip flops or sandels on since June.
