Random Podcast 'Unavailable' Issues

Tuesday's episode listed as #1029 and pushed out 4/09/2019 will not download and if tried to manually play, it says this episode is temporarily unavailable. This happens a lot to me at random intervals and I'm not sure exactly what is happening.

I am on iOS and using the default Podcasts app. Does anyone else experience these issues?
