What a day it sounds like you have had. I'm really sorry you are having to deal with this. You know that we are all here for you. :grouphug:

Thanks a lot. It means a lot to know that people I have just gotten to know online over such a short period of time, can be so thoughtful and caring!

 I am so sorry! Did they tell you when you will have the surgery?

Thanks. My surgeon actually removed something on my face that I've had since childhood. I finally found someone I could trust to take care of it. She told me it was probably nothing since I've had it for so long but she had it biopsied. The cancer was found in it but I can't have the surgery yet until this has healed. We've scheduled it for the day after Labor Day. I didn't want to do it right before my trip. By the time I come back, she'll be on her vacation. So that's the date that was available. I have to try and put it out of my mind until then. (Sorry for the long response).

you know, if I was a newbie coming to this thread and this was the first thing I read, I'd be like... WHAT THE HECK??? :lmao: :rotfl:

I am not a newbie and I was still surprised by it, though found it amusing, too. Any special meaning to it?

Did anyone do anything fun or special today? The sun has been so strong today. I could have used a dip in a pool!

Ok there is three of us on here. I posted and then noticed HARASW was on besides dcentity2000.
Well I will be back, we are getting a new hot water heater tomorrow and we need to move some things in our garage so they can put it in right.

What do you volunteer for?

My mom works for kaleida health which is the main hospital chain here in Buffalo and I volunteer in the training and education department. This is my 6th summer doing it and I have over 1000 volunteer hours :thumbsup2

You know Buddhist Monks can't read tea-leaves with their toenails?

Trufax.

what grade do you teach? I remember when my DS was in 5th grade, I walked into the classroom one day. There were 35 or so students and omg it SMELLED!! I don't know how the teacher can stand being in there all day! :rotfl:

I teach fourth grade. The kids are 9/10. Some of them do need deoderant!

If you don't mind me asking are you a teenager? Because I also volunteered at a hospital a few years ago.

looking at my ticker depresses me at the moment!

So, if you guys could pick 2 parks, which would you pick? I am thinking we won't do Magic Kingdom since it's pretty much Disneyland and we go there all the time. We'll be there for MVMCP anyway I hope, I was thinking Epcot and Animal Kingdom? I don't know if we can afford to stay more than 2 days after the cruise, we may be able to depending on how much money I can save between now and then!

Your kids are my kids ages, and my kids love to ride. I would say Hollywood Studios for these reasons: Tower of Terror, Rockin Rollercoaster, HSMusical peprally show, Beauty and the Beast show, Muppets 3D Adventure, Tower of Terror, Tower of Terror, Tower of Terror. Guess which ride is our favorite??

I would pick AK second, for Expedition Everest, Dinosaur, Kali River Rapids, Kila...Safari, the Bug's Life Show, Lion King Show (awesome!), and the DinoLand part with the dinosaur ride that is practically Dumbo with half the wait time, and there are other cute rides in that area.

There are a few rides at Epcot, but not hugely fun for us. We did love Soarin' and Test Track was okay, not as exciting as we'd heard hype about. We did like the Living with the Land informative boat ride, but I think Epcot is more about the food than the rides!:lmao:

Did you want a simple answer? I can get chatty, apparently!:rotfl2:
